Ferrologic offers services to support customers in setting up Integration Competence Centres (ICCs). Creating an ICC involves IT organisation, IT processes and tools. The ICC’s customers may be projects that require integration as part of their solution. There are various models for the operation of an ICC, cost allocation and the areas of responsibility for which it will be accountable. Ferrologic has helped customers to set up ICCs, and our consultants are involved in these ICCs. We support customers when outsourcing integration, and work with those customers who only outsource part of their integration operations (particularly development). Setting up an ICC results in more effective integration projects, lower project costs and management costs, and a unit that actively deals with integration issues for the benefit of the entire business.
