Business analytics provides a range of opportunities to help your organization reach its set business objectives and requirements. We are aware, however, that it can be difficult to take advantage of business analytics without being competent in statistics. Consequently, we will address basic statistical concepts and methods during the course. We will also address a number of methods and explain why these specifically were chosen. Relevant data is a central aspect of business analytics, so we will also discuss what demands there should be on data and how data should be prepared for analysis. In addition to the theory segment, we will also give some examples of application and discuss needs in relation to these.
The course is intended for BI/DW specialists who know a great deal about data and operations, and who want to obtain new tools for using statistical analysis methods and for interpreting the results.
The course is limited to a maximum of five participants to ensure there is ample opportunity for questions and individual assistance during exercises.
